7 cups water (1.8L)

2 tbsp Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
1 tbsp soybean paste (doenjang)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp black pepper

- Clean the Crab
Wash the crab thoroughly under running water.
Remove the gills and cut into pieces if needed π
