π‘ Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
1 lb Korean rice cakes (450g)
7 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced (200g)
1/2 onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
4 oz mushrooms (120g)
2 green onions
1 tbsp cooking oil
π Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
π³ Instructions
- Prepare the Rice Cakes
If using refrigerated rice cakes, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside π
- Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the beef and vegetables into thin strips π
- Marinate the Beef
Combine beef with:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Let sit for 10 minutes π₯
- Cook the Beef
Heat oil in a pan.
