1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp black pepper

- Clean the Pork Hocks
Rinse the pork hocks thoroughly.
Soak in cold water for 1 hour to remove excess blood π
- Blanch the Pork
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Boil the pork hocks for 5 minutes, then drain π

In a large pot combine:
